A2billing rates issue

Hi, I'm looking for a2billing expert. I working every time from 2 till 10 providers. If i insert to system reates from every providers, a2billing automaticly go first to long prefix and then choose lower. I'm looking for some software/script or etc.. that i can insert from 2 till 10 rates from different providers and i can get export same prefixes with prices that provider give me for every provider. For example: Provider 1 give me prefix 27 with price 0.2 $ Provider 2 give me prefix 27 with price 0.4 $ and also prefix 275 with 0.3$. If i inser 2 provider to a2billing system calls that start with 275XXX will be charge with 0.3$ because it's long prefix and there is only 1 price. But if i will be insert only Provider 1 to a2billng system the same call will be charge only 0.2$. So, I need system that will compare prefixes and complete missed prefixes to providers with prover price list. If there is question, Please do not hesitate to ask.
