We are seeking a transcriber to join our growing company! We empower businesses and entrepreneurs, providing our clients with simple strategies to build sustainable growth models and creating meaningful impact through human-centred digital approaches. Our ideal candidate is an excellent listener, trustworthy, and detail-oriented— they have the capacity to translate high-level concepts into simple ideas. You will listen to video recordings of our CEO’s consulting calls that typically last 60 minutes and type the contents into digital documents. Your responsibilities include creating accurate written versions of these recordings done by speech recognition software, detecting any inconsistencies, and identifying key concepts discussed in the meetings. What your work will look like: - Completing transcriptions in a timely manner and reviewing drafts for any spelling, grammar, or formatting errors, as well as other inconsistencies - Adhering to all confidentiality guidelines and respecting sensitive information - Submitting completed drafts to our Lead Writer and correcting any errors as per their feedback - Understanding details of client requirements and being able to identify their main needs and challenges Your qualities: - Excellent listening and comprehension skills - A high degree of professionalism and a superb work ethic - Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills - Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines (24-48h turnaround) - Ability to work in a diverse team with respect for other members - Fluency in English We’re a group of passionate, supportive people who are committed to our clients.
