I am looking for a podcast editor who specializes in advanced editing, specifically adding music and sound effects to enhance the overall quality of the episodes specifically in COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging audio content related to san francisco commercial real estate. Requirements: - Proficient in basic editing techniques such as removing mistakes and adjusting audio levels - Skilled in advanced editing techniques such as adding music and sound effects - Ability to work with audio files that are less than 30-60 minutes long, down to 30 minutes - Familiarity with the podcasting industry and understanding of what makes a podcast engaging and enjoyable for listeners - Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within the given timeframe Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in podcast editing, preferably with a portfolio of previous work - Proficiency in audio editing software such as Audacity or Adobe Audition - Strong understanding of audio mixing and mastering techniques - Creative mindset and ability to suggest ideas for enhancing the overall production value of the podcast If you are a podcast editor who can bring our episodes to life with your advanced editing skills and creative ideas, we would love to hear from you.
