Need Wordpress Expert to setup a website with plugins.

I need a wordpress genius to create a beautiful wordpress theme and website. I'll show you what I like on some sites, and want you to combine into 1. (I don't want you to steal anything, I just want to highlight the features I want for the site). Must be wordpress expert. What the best plugins are for the features and getting it all setup. I'll want to integrate facebook, twitter to the site, and Google plus by of the posts. The ad spots, (where I can add in ads in the backend of wordpress). When I make new posts, I should be able to say how many words before it goes to page 2, 3, etc. The design layout just needs to be extremely clean and professional looking. I will prove the logo. Or you can leave it blank for now and I'll fill it in with a log that matches the color scheme. Please send me over your porftolio of Wordpress themes/websites you created and I will check them all out. I only want to work with people who have done jobs before in Wordpress and know it inside and out. Please provide samples and if the samples are what I'm looking for I will send more info to determine price.
