“L’eau” es a high-end residential development, with seven units and with boutique hotel amenities. Aiming for HNWI clients in their 50’s, looking for a luxury lifestyle on a beach destination. The developing partners have a passion for the ocean and marine life, hence the name “L’eau” (means water in french) and the icon logo (a coral). Marine life (Reefs, Sharks, Rays and Turtles) plus water elements must be considered in a very creative and classy manner. Classy. Elegant, yet modern. 1.- Brochure: Aims to promote sales of the project. The brochure has to be e-deliverable, as well as for printed material.- Will mainly be used on electronic devices, but will print a few copies. We need to be able to use it also as a template, to adjust with new renders or pictures. a. e-brochure/presentation (About 15 pages) b. leaflet (2 pages) c. A couple of social media teasers for Instagram Ideas of brochures/templates we like. We do not need all the branding to be developed. Just design of the presentation/e-brochure.
