Strategic Competitor/Market Analysis Project I am looking to hire someone to help me understand the online freelance/virtual worker/outsourcing market. In order to embark on this, I need to fully understand the competition already in the market i.e. who are they, what do they offer etc. I need to understand the market and where it’s going, what are the trends ??" not obvious trends like more people are working from home or outsourcing. I need more granularity e.g. which skills are being outsourced the most, how much do they command in pay vs other skills. I want knowledge that is not so apparent without in-depth analysis and understanding. I need a strategic analysis and a strategic option/decision as the output of this exercise. I need the candidate to think outside the box, and give me ideas of how my offering can add greater value to the users of the service (both suppliers and buyers) over and above what they are getting from incumbents.
