Need a Bingo Game

I need a coder to create and install a 'Bigno game'system into my site [login to view URL] It will be a one simple game where a player can play bingo and when they win they get chances to win vouchers. The game will need to be coded into my current database and prize claim system. I need a logo created too, similar to the ones I already have. I'm not sure what programming skills the coder will require but I need it to be viewable in all versions of Explorer and Firefox please.
