C++ Simple project Writting GDI/GDI Plus Code to load images in Win32

Looking for C++ GDI and GDI+ expert to write some c++ code examples in pure Win32 listed below: 1. Need GDI+ Function to load JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF image from FILE and return HBITMAP. Need one function per image type. 2. Need GDI+ Function to load JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF image from RESOURCE and return HBITMAP. Need one function per image type. 3. Need GDI+ Function to load JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF image from Buffer(MEMORY) and return HBITMAP. Need one function per image type. 4. Need GDI+ function to load animated GIF image from FILE. 5. Need GDI+ function to load animated GIF image from RESOURCE. 6. Need GDI+ function to load animated GIF image from Memory. All this functions need to call SendMessage() API to display the image on the Win32 test dialog. Need to use VS 2010.
