Build a Wrapper for a Linux Hosted Server Game

*** PLEASE READ THIS COMPLETELY BEFORE BIDDING *** The game is called a MUD, a text based MMORPG. It is hosted in Ubuntu. The game server starts by a script. What we need is essentially similar to the Minecraft MCMYADMIN application. We need a WEB ACCESSIBLE PAGE via port that wraps around the server that allows : 1- Different Admin User Accounts to log in 2- A command prompt screen that allows users to type commands in game. The game source code is written in C and can be modified by the freelancer to allow an API as needed for this. Some users will be locked out of this based on their permissions. 3- Allow for reboot of game. There is an in game command for that. 4- Allow for stopping game. There is an in game command for this and the option to use the in game and hard kill should be given. 5- Allow for starting game. 6- There is a log file generated by the game. There should be a tab that shows this log live, like "tail" would in linux. Perhaps the command prompt mentioned above would be visible below it to those allowed to use it. 7- All actions taken here would be written to that log file with a prefix. This can be written in any language but must be documented and a manual be given that includes use instructions and install/setup instructions.
