Help fix our custom hardware

We have custom hardware which we have built to connect to a medical device. The custom hardware has its battery, main controller is the Texas Instrument MSP 4030 and the BLE chip is the RN4020 I have the MSP-EXP430G2ET flash programmer board ready to be used with CCStudio from TI I believe the problem is with the firmware. There will be to phase for this project. I need to send data from custom hardware to Garmin IQ via BLE. The goal is to have Garmin Watch log the external sensor data along with heart rate. Later, the heart rate and pressure curves should integrate with a video from an outdoor camera based on timestamps, possibly using Garmin's VIRB studio.
