Windows Application Developer from China Needed for CDR Analysis Software

We are looking to develop one CDR Analysis Application Development for Windows from China. We will show you some sample application for getting idea. We are looking for only experienced people should apply on our project. After getting selected for the project, it should be completed within 4-7 days. There will one admin panel from where all the user accounts will be controlled. All the users could be able to download our application from our website but for activation of the subscription, we will provide them a license. That license mechanism should be given in our admin panel of the application. There should be an option to give customer support to users. From where we could see their problems through remote desktop like team viewer.
