windows service to attach self signed certificate while making socket

Greetings, I’d really like to work with you on this one if possible! I do have a couple of questions, but first I’d like to make you an offer and some background so you can check my work out. I have 5+ years of exp in AWS service,Plesk, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Godaddy, BlueHost, Azure or setup EC2 instance and website migration( Wordpress, Magento, Yii, Laravel, Drupal etc) and Snapshots, recovery AMI etc. Very well working on all kind of cloud Hosting platforms as well.
