To prepare the following: 1) CAD drawings to include floor plan and elevations that can be printed to scale as A3 (see attached the proposed plan / elevation and typical examples of plan and elevations) 2) CAD drawing showing construction detail (see attached) 3) After this work is finished there may well be some slight alterations as this project progresses. Your hourly rate for dealing with small alterations. 4) The format of your files and any particular software required? Please note that some plans show pitched roof which is NOT correct. The design is to implement a slant roof design.

Hello, I can provide pdf fiels for each plan and elevation with layers, set to A3 format, at 300 or more dpi. The source file will be dwg, that could be opened with Autodesk software, 2011 or later, or any free dwg viewer, downloadable. Up to 2 revisions will be included in the price.
