Build a Scheduling Program or Spreadsheet

I am looking to build a scheduling program (or complex spreadsheet if easier) for an entertainment facility (kids birthday parties). The entertainment facility has six zones and can have 2-4 birthday parties at any one time. We want a program that makes sure we dont have more than one birthday party scheduled in the same zone at the same time (20 minute increments). Inputs and outputs are listed below. Inputs Guest Name [Text] Party Booker Party Host [Text][Dropdown Menu] Party Room [Drop Down] [A or B] Party Date [Calendar] Party Start Time [Drop Down by Half hour 8AM -8PM] Party Activity Length [Drop Down] [1, 1.5, 2., 2.5] Party Theme Number of Players Activity 1 [Drop Down: Ropes, Rock Wall, Playground, Free Play, VR, Ninja, Trampoline] (repeat this drop down for each activity) Activity 2 Activity 3 Activity 4 {only if party more than 1 hours} Activity 5 {only if party more than 1.5 hours} Activity 6 {only if party 2 hours} Functionalities In any 20 minute increment only allow one party to book Ropes, Rockwall, VR or Ninja. [Only allow 2 parties on Trampolines] Generate number of themed parties (both number of parties and total guests at such party) by theme. Generate printout on a per day/week basis (you can select): • Party Room bookings (i.e. list of all parties in Party Room A/B • Schedule at each activity (e.g. I want to print out a list of parties by time (with guest name and host) that will be using Rock Wall (or Ninja, etc.) • Schedule of Parties and activity list for each Party Host (e.g. Host Stephanie has a party at 1PM, and the activities are 1 Rock Wall, 1:20 Ninja, 1:40 VR, 2:00 Party Room A with [Spiderman] Theme. • List of all Parties with start name and guest name and party room (for front desk) Utilities *List of Party Host/bookers Names will need to be able to be changed (easily update list) (as staff will come and go) *Ability to enter into each reservation and change if needed.
