Make calls to recruiters and get job description and other requirements, post jobs on linkedin, communicate with candidates, screen them and connect them with other firms. Contract Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions of C2C contracts, including rates, project scope, timelines, and any other relevant contractual details. Resource Management: Overseeing the recruitment and management of IT professionals or contractors who will be engaged in C2C projects. This includes ensuring that the right skills are matched with the client's requirements. Market Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitors, and changes in the IT industry to adapt the company's strategies and offerings accordingly. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients who engage in C2C contracts. This involves understanding client expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. Communication: Facilitating effective communication between the client, the consulting firm, and the contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Providing status daily to the company director via standup call. Skills Must be fluent in both written and verbal english Social Networking Monday to Friday 3 hours daily USA CST time.
