Search users within a specified milage of a given zipcode

I am using PM Premium as a member website and would like someone to write a code which would integrate within it so that a user would be able to search the other members based on a specified distance from the users zipcode. Example:? ? Seach Members within? "X" miles of zipcode "XXXXX"? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? (5,10,20,50 or 100 miles) Again I am using PM Premium server and it is said to be all set up to do this if all the databases are installed. I dont have much money to do this but Im confident someone has this code ready to go for me??? Thanks
