Ebook in Spanish (Mexico)

Write a 150 page ebook in Spanish about how to legally open a business in Mexico. Author must have previous experience or be a college student or graduate. Ebook information must be specific about opening an ecommerce website in Mexico... can glean info from [login to view URL] site but would prefer someone who lives in Mexico... or even Puebla, Mexico so you can go to the SAT offices and ask questions when nescessary. Ebook must be step by step and can include graphics, screen shots of the forms that need to be filled out, pictures of the offices you must go to. Someone must be able to purchase the ebook and follow the steps to legally open an ecommerce business. Style of book must be fun, easy to understand, and step by step. Joint venture opportunity available for the right person. Author must also be creative and be able to explain the tax laws and explain to the reader what they need to do things correctly. Maybe that means they need to hire a contador... but the book should explain what the contador is going to do, how long it should take to do it, and how much they should charge. Book is to be written in Spanish and is specifically for Mexico. Please provide references of previous writing work or why you will be a good fit for the project.
