Create a tool that uses OpenCV to extract the facial landmarks from a folder of photos. It should be able to work on all .gif .jpeg .jpg .png in the folder. Then, the landmark data should be saved in a single .txt file. The tool itself should be an executable that prompts the user for the desired folder. To be delivered are: 1. the tool 2. all code including OpenCV and whatever other libraries used in a localized file. (I don't want to do any linking)
