Windows (sound card) audio driver

I need to develop a sound driver for Windows that splits the system's output sound into two or more other sound drivers so that the system sound will be played on two or more (selected) devices at once (synchronously). Synchronicity is not required. The output device will be selected from the menu in the system tray icon or in a very simple GUI application. *************** *** EXAMPLE *** *************** For example, when there are three audio devices in Windows: 1. Speakers 2. HDMI monitor 3.
