Onboarding (non sales) Introduction calls -- 3

We are a nationwide reseller of AT&T wireless service – brand name – easy to recognize. We have acquired through transitions and consolidations customer accounts and lists that DON’T YET REALIZE they are doing business or assigned to do business with us. DETAILS: Outbound calls to individually owned businesses, averaging approximately 2-5 minutes each call. These are not cold calls – they know us – transact with us daily – they expect our calls. SIMPLE: We would like someone to 1) call these businesses + identify as pertaining to our company and brand name so as to establish rapport 2) find decision maker or owner as per our records or establish best time for attempt#2 3) EXECUTE THE DAILY SCRIPT 1. You might be calling INACTIVE doors – dealers that signed up with us but haven’t really gotten started. 2. You might also be calling ACTIVE doors – dealers that ARE already transacting with us but need to notified of a promotion, urgent systems issue, or upsold on an upcoming product line they have access to. 3. You might also be calling them to tell them where they can order supplies, how to login to the website to order and guiding them with daily activities that they should already know how to do. 4) End call and update a google spreadsheet with call results. Requirements: +Experience/ability to log call results quickly and effectively into google sheets. +Fluent Understable English + Dual Monitors Expectations: + Calling daily 50-75 Outbound calls off a googlesheet, possibly putting notes into our CRM. (as experience grows)
