Experienced Virtual Assistant for The Victorious Advisory Team (Traditional Real Estate Agency) Long Term

The Victorious Advisory Team, a successful real estate group based in New York, is looking for an experienced virtual assistant to join our team. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, assisting with customer service, and helping to streamline our day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat Manage and update our CRM system with accurate client data Input data and maintain organized records Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars Create and manage Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting Manage our social media accounts, including posting updates and engaging with followers Design and send email blasts to clients and prospects Requirements: We are looking for a long term addition to our team. At least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant, preferably in the real estate industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar), and social media platforms Familiarity with email marketing software and best practices Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively A proactive, problem-solving attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Hours: This is a part-time position requiring 4 hours per day, 5 days a week.
