I have 2 years of experience in the customer services field. My qualifications will back this up too since I have an MSc in Finance and Management from UK.
Additionally, I have a good grasp on Zendesk, MS Office, G-Suite, Shopify, Quickbooks and Slack as well. I can work on US timezones. My last job was a US TV provider called fuboTV which was a subscription-based TV provider and worked for EDF energy in Sunderland when I was in the UK. Currently working for a UK-based client for a few hours on weekends.
