Building Lead list (Data research)

We are a software company that specializes in deregulated energy. We help end-users of energy procure their electricity and natural gas contracts to generate maximum cost savings for their properties. We are collecting names, address, and contact information for condominium association board members in IL and CT. We are looking to collect 1,000 contacts(Board Members) for a marketing campaign we will be rolling out early 2021. You will be required to research the different condominium associations in IL and CT to find the board members associated with them. We can provide a few links that list some condominium associations within Chicago, IL and different regions in CT. You will need to research outside the lists provided to find the required total of 1,000 contacts. I attached a Lead list example of the information we are trying to gather. The excel shows the information and format in which we are trying to gather this information. The required information needed is (first name, last name, Board position/job title, phone number). If you can also find email and unit number that is preferred. I will provide a few links to help you get started but you will be required to do the research after you've exhausted those links. Thanks!
