We are looking for part-time customer support agent for Hungary. Experienced in calls and communication with customers who for 1-2 hours a day. To be able to verify address information and to offer clients new promos. Or to present another product. Native Czech, based in Czech Republic only. Job Description: - Monday to Friday - you receive a file with 30-60 orders to be verified. - You choose the time of calling - When the customer doesn’t answer the telephone, a second attempt should be made within 1 hour or more - You answer basic questions according to our info / instructions/ FAQs we provide / websites, etc. - We create Voip account with credit - We pay per phone call and UPsells
