I have spent the last 2 years providing logistics and technical support remotely to Easyship, a logistics eCommerce startup. Working daily alongside Easyship´s most priority clients has improved my knowledge on eCommerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and Amazon.
My work experience and communication skills make me the best fit for this position as well as my comprehension, and analytical way of thinking.
During my time in Easyship, my customer support has brought the company to a team growth from 1 agent in the US to currently 6 agents in less than one year. While guiding my team through our platform and customer approach procedures, I had been dealing with Easyship´s highest concern, customers´ feedback through platforms such as Shopify and Trustpilot.
Experience on helpdesk ticket handling via Zendesk and internal communication via Slack, I have 2 years remote/online work background with wonderful references! Based in Australia available full time or part time.
