Hello, I have a custom interval training programme which I would like for somebody to type into Garmin Connect system. The task is easy: (1) Log in onto Garmin Connect (2) Manually enter the programme, interval by interval (as provided by me in a spreadsheet/document). (3)... (4) Profit! I am not sure how long this would take. There are 36 workouts to enter, varying from short ones (e.g. "140 minute run") to complicated ones (e.g. run for 3 min at pace X, then rest for 2 min, then do two intervals at pace Y etc.). If I were to guess - 1-2h ? Thank you for help!
