Excel Genius needed to create a sales dashboard for 4 sales people

Hi, How's it going? I manage sales performance reporting at one of Australia's top financial institutions, for a business unit with 800 sales agents. The report is based in excel. If you msg me I will send you a sample. For your requirements with only 4 reps my suggestion is: - Create page for each rep - Each page will have an input section - The inputs will drive a performance dashboard showing their KPIs - KPIs can be conditional formatted for traffic light reporting - Simple Button macro to capture daily inputs and copy into table for trending - Table will drive Trend graphs (Line or Bar) to show how they track over time - A target sheet is also required to reference % to plan or Var to plan Hopefully this gives you a good idea as to the approach. I've lots of experience using Excel for reporting and also a lot of experience as a programmer doing intranet websites for reporting and management purposes. I'd suggest the second option if possible. Your salesmen could update their information from the web, and it would be easier to make reports if the information is in a database (I'm thinking about future requirements) I could send you images of previous work if needed.
