Hello I need scrap about 10 websites every month on the 1st and 2nd of each month to who can search for vacant residential (homes where no one lives) on sites in Vancouver and transfer data to numbers or excel.
I would like to have this automated and then the work can be done automatically every month rather than have a person have to go though each page on each website manually.

This is a data search project, I want to find properties for rent in Vancouver off a number of different sites and then put specific details into a spread sheet that I can use as a history. I then want to compare the sheet to last months sheet and see how many of the properties are not rented and are still for rent.
Format of the information need in the spread sheet PLEASE SEE SHEET PROVIDED
Unit number (if there is one), street number, street name or number, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, rent amount per month, square feet of home, Furnished or Unfurnished, Building name (if applicable) company abbreviations
e.g. unit 100 - 123 Main Street - 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom- $1000 - 870 Sqft - Unfurnished, The Building name, ADV
I then need this data to a be added to a spread sheet. SEE ATTACHED:
A PDF Copy of a typical property search on the webstie of a compnay with the information that needs to come off it in the rental listing advert.
SEE Map of area for rentals to search for do not search outside this area.
These are the sources I search that I need someone else to search, you need to go to the pages with furnished and unfurnished and only in Vancouver downtown (inc Coal Harbour, Gastown, Yaletown,West End, China Town, and kitsilano, Kerrisdale, Dunbar, UBC, East Vancouver.
