Hello, I am looking for a freelancer to conduct an interview with 10 personal contacts in Sao Paulo, Brazil, or Rio de Janiero, Brazil (this can include friends, family, or colleagues over 18 years of age). I would like you to survey each individual with the following interview questions: 1. Does the person have a private health plan in Brazil or are they a member of the public system? 2. If the respondent IS in the private health system, what plan type do they have? (Affinity Group member, Corporate/Small business member, or Individual plan?) 3. If the respondent IS NOT in the private health system (member of the public system), why have they not joined a private plan? Is it because of the high cost? What other factors? 4. What is their impression of pricing in the private health segment? Are payments manageable? I am able to compensate $12/hour for this project and expect it to take approximately 5 hours. This rate is negotiable based on availability and thoroughness of responses.
