visualisation of adjacency list and community detected

Hi everybody , I have an adjacency list for some communities that i used an algorithm of community detection to get them , i need to visualise those communities each one apart using one of the existing softwares , u r free to use whatever u want , but it's an emergency case , that's mean i need this job to be done in less that 24 hours , so if anyone can do it , it'll be my pleasure , cheers.
