Please see a sample sales order confirmation document. This document is created using system PLD templates but I need to have one created in Crystal as you cannot set PLD documents to automatically email as an order is being processed. I have selected this sales order as it also contains a text line on the bottom. I am not sure where the tables are held within SAP to pull this information from for Crystal but I can find most of the fields for PLD layouts by using look up in the system information fields. There will be information that the successful candidate will require and will be supplied on award of project. PLEASE ONLY bid on this project if you have knowledge of SAP with Crystal Reports
