Project Title: Data Annotation for Seniority Level Assignment in Sustainable Consulting Firms Project Description: We are seeking a skilled freelancer to assist with a data annotation project focused on the sustainable consulting industry. The primary task involves assigning seniority levels to various job positions within three companies, based on the detailed criteria provided. Scope of Work: Data Annotation Task: You will be provided with data related to 302 job positions across three different companies in the sustainable consulting industry. Your task is to assign a seniority level to each position, ranging from 'Entry Level' to 'Senior Executive Level'. Seniority Levels Defined: Entry Level (1): Positions for individuals starting their career with minimal experience. Examples include Accounting Intern, Software Engineer Trainee, and Paralegal. Junior Level (2): Roles for individuals who have some professional experience and are developing their skills. Examples include Account Receivable Bookkeeper and Junior Software QA Engineer. Associate Level (3): Positions for skilled professionals with substantial experience and expertise. Examples include Senior Tax Accountant and Lead Electrical Engineer. Manager Level (4): Roles involving oversight and leadership within a specific area. Examples include Account Manager and Superintendent Engineer. Director Level (5): High-level leadership positions responsible for major company divisions. Examples include Chief of Accountants and VP Network Engineering. Executive Level (6): Senior leadership roles with significant responsibility for large segments of the company. Examples include Managing Director, Treasury, and Head of Engineering, Backend Systems. Senior Executive Level (7): The highest level, including top executives like CFO, COO, CEO, and Founder. Data Format and Delivery: The data is provided in three CSV files, each corresponding to a different company. Your task is to input a numerical value (1-7) for each role in the CSV files, reflecting the seniority level as per the criteria above. The total data size is less than 1GB. Skills and Experience Required: Data Annotation Expertise: Proven experience in accurately annotating text data. Familiarity with Data Annotation Tools: Knowledge of using tools for data annotation tasks. Understanding of Corporate Hierarchy: Ability to discern the seniority of roles within a corporate structure, particularly in the sustainable consulting industry. Attention to Detail: Precision in reviewing and categorizing data.
