Need aspdotnetstorefront expert to fix restart problem.

We have a eCommerce website built on AspDotNetStorefront MultiStore 10.0.2 which we migrated to a new hosting provider, after migration the website is restarting on it own and several times within minutes. Need to fix this In the system logs it written that "Application Started" nothing else it there why it's restarted. attached is the screenshot of error we are getting. We are assuming that the error is due to some configuration issue. Person with knowledge of aspdotnetstorefront will not take that much time. Thank you
