Arrange a day in which I will be able to come down to take the pictures of the staff If you have a spare room in which i can use on the day that would be very helpful. Depending on the the colors of the wall I shall be bringing down a white backdrop as well as lighting equipment to ensure we have have the best lighting condition for the pictures possible. To ensure as little time as possible is wasted taking your working staff away from there desks i plan to bring each member in one at a time to avoid cues and backing up. once i am happy with all the images that i have taken i shall take them away for any touch ups and corrections and have them back with you as soon as possible. Should there be a need to come back and retake any images, or if you are not happy with any then this shall be done with no extra costs as part of the whole project.
