Responsibilities: Conduct a thorough analysis of our existing hardware product to identify potential areas for improvement. Design and implement hardware modifications to enhance product performance, durability, and cost-efficiency. Source and evaluate suppliers and manufacturers, establishing strong relationships to ensure high-quality components and timely delivery. Oversee the manufacturing process, from prototype development to final production, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with the product development team to integrate hardware improvements seamlessly. Manage the supply chain effectively, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure continuous product availability. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: Proven experience in hardware engineering, product improvement, and manufacturing management. Strong understanding of the hardware development lifecycle, from concept to market. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
