HI. What you require is a subset of the GPS Tracking solutions that i have designed before. Here is an overview of what i can deliver for the quoted value and time : Phase-1: Prototype with off-the-shelf MCU board, LCD, Temperature module and GPS module, along with custom Software to get all the data from the GPS module & Temperature module, to display on the LCD. Once you approve that prototype (progress to be shown in videos, and zoom calls), we can start phase-2. Phase-2: Schematic capture & PCB layout for the device, based on your enclosure specs (enclosure can be off the shelf OR your custom design) - quoted cost does not include any PCB fabrication or Assembly charges.
