15 Sign-ups Needed $30

This should be an easy one for those of you that have down-line clients or complete members list with live people. For all others this can be fun, but also a chore. I'm looking to generate 15 sign-ups for a client and to build a team for this client. The website service is known, however, a team needs to be built. The payout is $2 per sign-up and will be paid when the verified registrations are complete. This very project will also most likely be repetitive. The number of sign-ups will need to be completed within 15 business days. Upon the successful and verified completion of the project payment will be made via PayPal. I also do AlertPay for some of you. The sign-ups must be live people and must maintain the account active at least for 15 business days and complete any free additional requirements necessary during the 15 day business period. I will be communicating with each sign-up as a sponsor at least in the beginning. So please do not bid for this project if you cannot provide real persons. These free requirements are nothing more than filling out on-line forms that express their interest in the opportunity, or their goals for the opportunity. There's an uploaded file that will express my needs for the client. I'm looking to demonstrate the effectiveness of the service as a business or working strategy. Therefore, I re-iterate the sign-ups must be live persons that can follow through with the necessary free requirements that make the service interactive. The sign-ups should be willing to become team-leads and be able to effectively communicate to me their needs and wants with the service. The freelancer should have a Skype account, but is only preferred and is not necessary.
