Marketer/Partner Wanted

I am looking for a marketer and partner to join my internet business. Initially, I want the marketer to promote the business through search engines, advertisements, link building, etc so that we achieve over 1000 unique visitors per month. I also would like to increase the number of registered users on the website to over 300. Furthermore, the marketer will be incharge of getting advertisers/ad-banners for our website. Secondly, I will make this marketer into a partner with my firm. He/she will receive 25% of yearly profits along with other excellent bonuses.
