IPHONE APP, Record Audio File, post wave file to existing webservice via post

I have a webprocess that takes uploads of sound files, and device\_id, and App\_ID I need a simple xcode project the admin user that records the sound file, saves it, with user specified name and title. and has button to review it, then allows user to post to my server. with name and title info. I have server process done. It will accept a file, and filename, and title fields. upon app load, the normal user downloads sound file from server by checking [login to view URL] and comparing the date of the last downloaded file, and the one reported from current.php. Downloading it only if it is newer than the one on the iphone. The iphone needs to save the last 5 sound files and be able to play them via a picker. Each sound file will have a title. The admin user can be a seperate app
