Problem when running .exe on the server, (repost)

The .exe has .dll references in the project, once compiled, the .dll has to be located with the same directory with the .exe. Another thing is it requires .ocx to be registered in the Windows/System32, have done this in development laptop, it works, but when moves to Windows Server 2003 R2 , it has prob despite doing all the above steps. task could be done remotely, teamviewer (windows server 2003) or logmein, preferably immediate start have installed .net framework, updated with .net framework 4.0.3, and build .exe on top of 4.0.3 framework
