444261 Excel formula development(simple)

I have two lists of about 3000 keywords that I need integrated into one. One list has the keywords with one value assigned to each keyword, and the second list has four values assigned to each keyword. I need you to develop a single list with all five values correctly assigned. The keywords are ALMOST all the same in both lists, but the critical thing is that THEY'RE NOT EXACTLY THE SAME. Each list contains some keywords that are not on the other list. I need you to do this with your formulas intact, so that I can plug in ANY two lists of similar keywords and generate a single merged list from them. Ideally you can use some sort of formulas (like VLOOKUP or something) so that we can avoid macros. But if it has to be macros, that's fine, too. I've attached a greatly simplified spreadsheet so that you can have a clearer idea what I mean.
