Mail Merge 2 documents

Hi Ahmed, I have 2 questions : 1. The pdf documents are not fillable, so how you are currently fill the fields with data? do you use a Word document instead and after that save it as pdf? 2. You will have to assist while matching the fields from the source file (excel) to the 2 documents. JUST ON MORE clarification, I m thinking about coding a VBA macro instead of manual work. It can be used for future needs. Ready to start and I can finish today if you provide me details. Regards, Issam
