Dear sir, I can fill your file with formulas so that it works, for the rate engine calculations. I will need to modify the column used for ages, in order to display only the starting age and not a range, so that Excel can use the value. Text me for more info, 1- Experience Excel : since 2004 both VBA and Formulas. I can make very complex formulas with multi conditions and text search applied on big ranges of data. Example a formula to find the minimum value in column A, when a specific text exists in column B, other conditions in column C, and make operations on it in a single cell. I know VBA, Java, C++, Python, JavaScript. In 2008 I was already working on a program of 70 000 lines of code in C++ that calculated the braking distance of A320 airplanes. 2- In Python : Last week I used the deep learning recommendation tool from Facebook (DLRN) and applied it to 30 000 lines of my company data, to select a suggestion of products for each client. 3- Academics : I graduated a Master in computer science and mechanical engineering from the top French Engineering school and this can be publicly verified.
