I would like to hire an Excel Expert

We are a flight company and here is what we are looking to do…. File 1 – Fighter Management * already created File 2 – Semi Annual flight hours * already created We are looking to merge both files into the Fighter management file. Next we are looking to use the fighter management data for the semi annual flight hours tracker. Using the running totals that are being entered. We need the hours output and the graphs to work, as well as the color coding and automatic updating to work. All other sheets on the Semi annual file are not needed. The data that needs to make it over are the flight hours (H&W, N, NVG, Total) those along with the birth months allows the file to color code how close we are to the end of the 6 month period we are in and how many hours we have already towards the total. That is what we would like to keep. The Data will be pulled from the fighter management file that is going to be updated daily. The Semi hour requirements is only going to be referenced. The Semi annual sheet will need to know that when we have passed the 6 moth period that is being referenced that it needs to look at the current 6 month data from the fighter management sheet. We are looking for a quick turnaround of less then 5 days if possible
