jQuery Guru... Convert small Flash effect to jQuery

Hi, I have a page with a Flash movie. [login to view URL] Like you see, when you hover over the Flash movie, some transparent layers are showing with some text. (See attachment). What we need is this effect in jQuery. What we will deliver is the plain Flash movie, without the hover function. You need to intergrate the jQuery, so the layers are showing over the Flash movie when you hover. Important is that it is compatible in all browsers FF, Safari, Chrome and IE7+. Their is also a tuff deadline, so you need to be able to start at once. Look forward to start working with you. Regards
