Pokersite

I am seeking someone to create a points system with a leader board that will allow the users to earn points for playing poker (no real money), winning tournaments and sngs. Also, players should earn points for referring new players as well. This points system should also allow the user to "cash" in points for prizes and offers as well. I already have the poker client which is bridged to my forum so that the user can use one password. I would also like to have a badge system that will allow users status on the message boards to be displayed to signify how many tourneys and sngs won, as well as to show their post activity.
