Creating an aquisition video for clients from various pictures and text

I have four different offers for an event (Festival of Lights 2012) that we want to present to our customer base. For this I want a very modern, exciting and inspiring video to present the offers. The video needs to include an intro, the Bullet Points to explain the offers, nice designs and transitions as well as the pictures to create the mood, inspire the clients and further explain the bullets and offer in the video. I want the video to be very modern and stylish (most likely done with Adobe After Effects) and the project to have a nicely done concept with an "Intro - Info - Outro setup" You can find the four different offers (1 through 4) as a mind map - pdf attached - Also you find attached an overview of the styles I am looking for.
