youtube flv player project

I would like to make a web site like [login to view URL] , provide free online video hosting service, the main problem to me is no idea how to make a web flv player like youtube.com. my requirement: 1, can play flv player, it can let me choose full screen, louder or softer sound, orginally screen size, 16:9 size etc. 2, before play the video, the player will display a jpg or gif picture (ads) , after 3 seconds, then start play the video. 3, after the video finished, it will show the next 3 video preview picture and clickable url insided. 4, if no parameter provided in html, it will display top 10 video preview pictures etc. (it may call the php to make a xml list for such 10 video information. as there are many freeware with flv player to download, i think you may download such one and do some editing to fit my requirement.
