Managing and utilizing Agile CRM

AGILE CRM description: Background: LifeCell Australia is an online distributor of a range of skin care products. [login to view URL] Our customer website is built on the Wordpress platform, with a WooCommerce e-commerce shopping cart. An Agile CRM provides customer management ability. Whilst the WordPress and WooCommerce components are currently being utilized, the benefits of the Agile CRM are not being fully exploited. Overall requirements: LifeCell Australia is seeking the service of a provider who has a full understanding of the functionality of the Agile CRM system and is able to assist in the utilization of all of those functions to provide maximum value to both present and future LifeCell Australia database. The provider would also require an ability to work with the WordPress and WooCommerce platforms and to work with a team who are currently managing these platforms. Specific to Above: 1. An ability to hold an initial one-on-one voice conference via Skype to discuss this role in more detail. 2. Ongoing regular ability to hold (brief) one-on-one conversations as circumstances may demand. To this end a command of the English language and time zones that are compatible to Eastern Australian time zones would be an advantage. 3. To provide an initial (brief) summary of the key strengths of the Agile CRM and how they may be used to improve the profitability of the LifeCell Australia business. 4. To provide an agenda of how and when these features may be implemented. (including a timeline) 5. To provide an understanding of the time and associated costs in the implementation of this agenda. Summary: Due to circumstances outside of our control our Agile CRM has not utilized. We are looking for someone who can do that and become part of a strong ongoing team. A person with ideas, who can engage in a conventional way, but provide all necessary skill and support via todays ‘remote’ techniques.
