Website along with iOS (iphone/ipad)/android app needed

High Level Requirements: ------------------------------------- - Website with a simple form based on multiple categories of user selection. - Social Networking where users can invite friends and follow other people - Flexible setting where a number of features can be set. For example, you can choose to have your friends see your activity or not, or allow friends to search for you or not or deactivate your account. - Features such as alerts, reminders & notifications will also be used. The app will offer the same functionality in a more compact format using native programming on IOS and Android for iphone/ipad and android. The app will have some Detailed requirements will be provided but overall it is a simple project with a simple form and social networking and a control panel that allows the admin to run some analytics.
